Set came with broken wood frame in one corner, packing material is low quality and did not protect the content well. The item is broken also because it is not made very strong.
The bench and ottomans are good looking outside, but inside of the storage bench is made really cheap, lined with something look like paper.
The set is quite light, not strong build at all.
The customer service of amazon is good, return is very easy.
