The one in the picture looks gorgeous, however, the one I received in really dark chocolate does not suit very well or look natural. Did not return it because I bought it in sale (has gone down in price further since I bought mine) and couldn't be bothered to spend money returning it. But if given the choice I would next time only go for the color that the picture illustrates! Otherwise the construction and size is good.

This rattan storage box looks beautiful in my living room and has plenty of room to store my daughter's larger/bulky toys in. I can't believe it was only $30 with free shipping, what a steal! Love it. Would definately recommend.

It is quickly showing wear and tear because the wicker is so fragile. Even if your shoe only lightly brushes by the corners at the bottom of the ottoman when walking past it the wicker gets torn off. I moved it to a more out-of-the-way spot so that it is subject to less living room foot traffic, but even putting something on top of the lid, like a laptop, crushes the wicker.

The relatively cheap price was perfect for me so I cannot complain that much about its durability. It does hold a considerable amount of things inside and it still looks good, but I don't know how good it will look this time next year.

We are in the middle of re-doing our living room/music room area. We needed some extra storage area, so I decided to try these, "until we could really find what we wanted". Unlike the other reviews, when we got ours, they were not a solid chocolate brown, but more variegated, like the picture shows (not quite as much, but definitely not a solid brown as some received. They are well make, and look like they cost more than the price I paid. I like them so well, that they will become permanent parts of the room! They look great together for a coffee table replacement, or as a occasional seat to listen to my son play the piano. The only thing to watch out for: if you are short, they are a bit high for an ottoman. I am 5'1" and they are just a bit high. However my 5'11" husband thinks they are just right.

I bought this for extra storage under my couch end table. It was the perfect dimension and very sturdy as other reviewers had noted. I was a bit disappointed in the color they shipped to me but not enough to warrant returning it. Mine was not multi-colored like the photo but solid chocolate brown. It matched my decor enough but would have like to have known this prior to my order or at least a disclaimer stating that color combination may vary. Hope this helps.

This is just what I had been looking for, and the price can't be beat. However, the actual color is a rich chocolate brown, and does not resemble the lighter color one in the photo. Fortunately, I had read the previous reviews, so I knew this before I purchased it.
It's a very functional piece, and It's large size allows me to store a lot of items inside of it.

I was so pleased when these arrived as they are perfect for the foot of my bed which is what I had hoped. The shipment was super fast. A great product and perfect for storing too.

This storage cube is great! We bought three for our open concept living space. They serve as portable ottomans and coffee tables, and are great for storing our living room pillows and blankets when not in use. The value for the price is unbeatable. Shipping was quick, and the cubes arrived in perfect condition. We also use our for additional casual eating when entertaining - they hold up to 200lbs.

These cubes are sturdy and quite nice for the price. The only complaint I have is that they are darker and more glossy than what was shown on the website. I see here that they are called mocha but I don't remember having the choice of color when I ordered them. They are shiny dark brown and I expected a more natural rush color -- more varied and less monotone. The picture on the packaging even showed them in a lighter color. Perhaps this needs to be made more clear in the ordering process.
